Want to simplify your medication routine?

It’s easy! Here’s how to get started :

  1. Complete the sign-up form
    Fill in your personal details and provide consent for our pharmacy team to pack your medication into easy-to-use sachets.

  2. Upload your prescription(s)
    You or your caregiver can upload the latest prescription directly through the form or send it via email/WhatsApp.

  3. We confirm the treatment plan
    Our pharmacists will review the prescription, confirm your treatment plan, and contact you if any additional info is needed.

  4. We pack and prepare your medication
    Your medication will be safely packed into individually labeled sachets - sorted by date and time for easy use.

  5. Delivery to your doorstep or care facility
    We deliver your Pillpac box directly to your home or care home, ready to use - no more confusion with multiple boxes or bottles.

If you’re a patient needing chronic medication packing, you can register directly to get started. Please ensure you have your latest prescription ready — the pharmacy will contact you to confirm the details and set up your treatment plan.

Register for someone else (care home patients)

Registering on behalf of someone else?
If you’re registering a parent or someone in need of chronic medication packing, you’re welcome to do so to simplify the process. Please ensure you are authorised or closely connected to the person you are registering. If applicable, you must have their consent or be their legal guardian or caregiver.
