Getting started is easy:
Step 1: Select your registration type below – Private Registration (for yourself) or Register on Behalf of Someone Else (for care home residents or dependents).
Step 2: Complete the relevant registration form.
Step 3: Keep your latest prescription ready.
Step 4: Our pharmacy team will be in touch to confirm treatment details and dosage intervals.
If you're registering on behalf of someone in a care home or a dependent person, simply fill in your and their details — we’ll take care of the rest and liaise directly with the care staff.
The pharmacy will contact you or the care home to confirm the start date. Please allow up to 7 days from registration for the pharmacy to complete the setup of the patient on our system.

Registering on behalf of someone else?
If you’re registering a parent or someone in need of chronic medication packing, you’re welcome to do so to simplify the process. Please ensure you are authorised or closely connected to the person you are registering. If applicable, you must have their consent or be their legal guardian or caregiver.
